AUTOMATIC MOST HEATING PAD. Have already received heat pad in good coniditon works great its everthing as advertised ,great value , I have already sent in review, SELLERS STATED THEY WOULD MAIL ME 6 BOTTLES, OF BIO FREZZE, ISENT THIS IN WITH IN THE 15 DAY DAY AFTER RECEIVING PAD WHAT HAPPENED ,SHOULD I CALL THE MFG.

Thermophore - careful. Be warned, if you don't know that you like this item, you can not buy it, try it and return it!!! Was too hot for me, my husband did not like how it fell down when he tried to use it in his chair. When I called return dept, they said that if we used it, we could not return it!!(!!###***) Go figure... Highly unsatisfactory, and should be noted as part of policy. I would not have spent this much on a product I did not know if we liked if I had known that we could not return it!!!!!Disappointing Amazon purchase.

Too Hot. This is not what I wanted! You cannot lie on this pad - it must be placed on top of you...forget trying to relive shoulder or neck pain because your head boils off first! And even on top of you - it gets way too hot! I wish I could return it and get a regular heating pad!

Not hot enough. I would have liked the heating pad to get hotter. I would buy the manual control if I were doing it again as the heating pad with the atomatic shut off control started cooling down after it had been on only a short time.

Sweet, sweet relief!. This thing is pricey but AWESOME! People with pain of any age can benefit from this pad. I had never used a "moist" heat action pad before. There is a huge beneficial difference! It really gets in there and actually releases the muscles and therefore the pain. I have Fibromyalgia and this is SUCH a big help. My husband even uses it to "de-stress". It is unbelieveably relaxing, BUY IT!
